I've seen your flag on the marble arch

I just downloaded three different versions of Hallelujah and none of them is anywhere near Jeff Buckley's.

all flowers in time performed by jeff buckley and elizabeth frazer is even better. It's my secret guilty pleasure that I try to hoarde from the rest of the world but you're not the rest of the world so I'm sharing it with you.
Also, Buckley's version of Just Like A Woman is heavenly.

i have an entire cd full of different versions of that song. none are as good as his, some are nice though, but some are horrendous.

I'm honestly torn.
The instrumental part on Buckley's version is amazing, but I prefer Rufus Wainright's vocals. And the intro in Buckley's is pretty odd. Can't say I enjoy that part.
they're both really good anyway.

by the way, did you get the Leonard Cohen version? it's terrible.
he sounds like he's got lung cancer.

It's not technoish is it?
because I might just never listen to Imogen Heap again.

Not really. Really breathy, if I remember correctly.

And it wouldn't be a huge loss if you didn't.

I know this conversation died like a week ago.
But I feel like I must say.
Gavin Degraw did a version of Hallalujah.
And it's really really really bad.
